Many Thanks to Kyle and Andrew for flawlessly delivering my new refrigerator. They were courteous, friendly and efficient. They worked great together navigating steps, entry way clearances, and other obstacles removing the old and installing the new refrigerator. They also provided some tips on the water and ice dispensing and how to level the doors if needed in the future. A great delivery experience that I would recommend! Thanks!

We had a new washing machine delivered and immediately after the installers left, it made a large banging noise. We called the store and they were able to get the installer to come back immediately. He was able to make some adjustments and fix the problem and now we are good to go! We appreciate that kind of excellent service!

My husband and I just purchased a washer from Superstore. We were very pleased with the delivery time. The men who delivered it was Kyle and Andrew. They were very polite and had great personalities. They worked really well together. When buy again hope to have these two deliver. Thank you. Love the washer

Editing this to add more about our experience. Our salesman, Taylor was great to work with. We had an issue with our range. He immediately responded and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. No work on our end. He took care of it all. Excellent service! Great experience. We were looking for a new range. We decided on what we wanted and then looked at a lot of places. Superstore had it for the lowest price and we’re able to get it from their warehouse the next week. Tim and Allan were the delivery crew and did a quick efficient job of delivering the new one and removing the old. They even looked through the old one and found a bunch of pans I forgot to remove.

I was in town the 6th for a brief moment. My 3 yr old daughter and I stopped in to kill time and check out some furniture. We were treated very well by a sales woman. I can not remember her name, she was thin, tall, late 40's, black dress. I explained I was in town to drop off my daughter. She was very kind, showed us around the store, and went out of her way to make my daughter and I comfortable. She even played a movie for us in the theater room. They have beautiful furnishings and great customer service! I will recommend this store to anyonein the Vermont area, especially the woman, she deserves a raise!!

I went shopping with a purpose, to find a few items. Kristie came to me a we talked about my needs. She showed me around, got to know me and I ended up finding exactly what I need! No hussle or bussle just plain helpful suggestions and there I go! When all my items came in I had them delivered and I want to give the 2 delivery people a a 5 star also! They were so courteous and polite. Seriously best decision I made. Thank you all.

Updated Review: After working through getting my floors replaced and a working refrigerator it is finally done and floor looks great and the refrigerator works and contains no error codes. The delivery crew stayed and made sure that there were no issues with the refrigerator and the water worked. The installers were extra careful with putting in the refrigerator and did not leave so much as a scuff on the floor. Thank You for making things right and putting in new flooring and working with our installer and vendor. Original review: I am so far beyond upset today. I had my new fridge delivered and the person plugged it in and then told my husband that the giant rip in my floor as there prior to him installing it. First, you plugged in my fridge and didn’t even make sure it was working properly you left it with an error code. Even worse the installer literally destroyed my new floor and the told my husband without showing him before leaving that the floor was torn and claimed it was there before. My floor was NOT torn before this and no one bothered to call me or text me a photo while I was at work. I am so upset by this I am ready to return the fridge and hopefully get my flooring replaced then go buy a fridge from somewhere else. I chose to stay local to benefit our local economy and because I have had great experiences with my other appliances at this store. I will heavily consider where I make purchases in the future. I have walked away with a completely ruined kitchen floor and a busted fridge....

Best place to shop for furniture- hands down. After checking out other furniture stores for a twin bed for my grandfather, we ended up at the Superstore in Williston. We were actually about to leave when a man named Nate stepped over and kindly asked what we were looking for. We explained we needed a twin bed with a comfortable mattress at a reasonable price, and he immediately found the perfect set. Even though it was almost closing time, Nate called the warehouse to make sure we could still pick everything up. We joked that we hadn’t eaten all day from running around, and he handed us chocolate, popcorn, and water—such a small gesture but it meant a lot. He even helped load the mattress before we headed to the warehouse. When we backed up to the loading door, Nate pulled in right behind us. He said he wanted to personally make sure we received all the pieces. After a few minutes, he came back out to tell us the screws were missing and he didn’t want to send us home without everything we needed. Because we needed the bed ASAP, he provided a temporary frame and box spring so my grandfather could sleep comfortably that night. He even offered to deliver the full bed once it arrives—about 45 minutes away. We got home, set up the temporary bed, and now we’re just waiting for the full set to come in. Huge shoutout to Nate (the General Manager) and the warehouse staff member who mentioned he’d been there over 20 years. Their kindness and dedication made such a difference during what was a pretty stressful day. Seriously!—go to the Superstore for your furniture needs. This was our first visit, and we’ll definitely be back!
